AEROSOL THREAD CUTTING OIL

DESCRIPTION

Light-colored petroleum-based heavy duty oil for machining and grinding of ferrous metals.  Provides maximum lubricity for ferrous and non-ferrous machining.  Reduces down-time and sharpening needs; extends tool life. Protects tools and machined parts against rust and other corrosion.  Clings at any angle!  Can be used as a general recirculating fluid where misting can be controlled.  

DESCRIPTION

The cutting oil is designed for application requiring cooling and lubricating at the point of work.  Excellent for difficult operations (grinding, deep drawing and forming).  Safe for hard and soft metals.  Transparent on the surface; easy removal with commercial cleaners.  Use on pipe threaders, gear cutters, grinders, automatic screw machines and turret lathes.

DIRECTIONS

Hold can 12 - 14" from surface to be sprayed.  Vary pressure for density of coating.  Keep at room temperature for best operation.
