POWDERED FORM BOILER CLEANER

DESCRIPTION

A non-toxic, odorless steam boiler cleaner.  Removes oil, rust, scale and other impurities.  Safe to use on food processing equipment.    

HOW IT WORKS

Black Swan POWDERED BOILER CLEANER absorbs surface oils and foreign matter.  It then will mix with the boiler water and absorb all impurities, which will then sink to the bottom and can be drained off as soft sludge. 

DIRECTIONS

Remove safety valve when heat is turned off. Pour Black Swan POWDERED BOILER CLEANER into boiler through valve opening.  Replace safety valve.  Fire boiler and steam for one hour.  Then drain and flush boiler.  It is now clean and ready to deliver free dry steam.

RECOMMENDED QUANTITY

For boilers with a rating of 400 feet or less, use one pound.  For boilers with a rating of over 400 feet use one pound for each 500 feet of rating.
